What is the best way to get my horse to stop biting when I saddle her?
She is a mare of coarse, that is if you know about horses you’ll know exactly what I mean by that. Still, mare or not, she doesn’t need to bite while i put the saddle on her. I would like to know a good method to get her to top biting and dancing when I saddle on her. she is around six years old and has been ridsing for a while.
What ever you do, DONT FEED her!!! She will think, “Hey, if I bite, I get treats!”
I had a horse bite me one time when I was saddling him up. I turned around and bit him back! It was the last time he’s EVER bitten anyone. Now hes a 4H gelding!
